The Bakery at Maplside's selection includes everything from crisp, golden loaves of bread to delicate pastries that pair perfectly with any drink. Bryan Ricco
Baker
Bryan, originally hailing from South Euclid, Ohio, has always found his calling in the culinary world, with a particular focus on kitchens. In 2010, he was granted a remarkable opportunity to work as a full-time baker alongside the esteemed master bakers at Distefano's Authentic. It was during this time that Bryan discovered his true passion for centuries-old baking techniques. Now, Bryan has taken on a leadership role at The Bakery at Mapleside Farms. He is committed to providing the community with nutritional artisan bread, sourcing the highest quality organic whole grain heritage flours. These organic flours are stone-milled, a process that preserves the nutrition of the whole kernel, leaving behind essential proteins, oils, vitamins, and minerals that are typically stripped in today's commercial flours. The result is amazing breads, which are known for their soft interior and chewy, amazing crusts.
